When to use this
You are starting a first game with a new teammate. Share your experience and preferred role, and use chat to clarify anything you miss.
Read a sentence aloud and check its meaning. Instead of memorising everything at once, choose one sentence for today’s conversation and change the name or situation to fit your own experience.
How to practise
Read each sentence slowly. Check its meaning, then say it again without looking at the translation. Finally, add one sentence about your own situation.

Common mistakes and tips
- A beginner may not understand several acronyms in a row. Use short, clear explanations in the first round.
- Shall we…? proposes something together. For a request to your partner, practise Could you…? instead.
Try it yourself
You missed a word in voice chat. Ask your teammate to explain it in another way.
Show an example answer
Example: “Could you type that word in chat?” Ask for a specific method that helps you understand.
After your practice
Write down one expression you used for the first time. Think of another situation where it would be useful, and try using it in your next conversation.
