When to use this
The customer chooses a drink, size, and temperature; the staff member confirms the order. You can practise without real prices or café names.
Choose a role each and read the goal together. It is fine to start with the helpful expressions. After the conversation, switch roles and practise the same situation again.

How to practise

Common mistakes and tips
- Confirm the size and temperature as well as the drink.
- Separate the customer and staff roles. Practise the order-confirmation question as the staff member.
